UP Law
There are many reasons why the UP College of Law is the best law school in the country. The foremost reason however is that UP is able to attract the best law students from all over the archipelago. UP has one of the lowest tuition and other fees in the country. How can the other law schools really compete when the government subsidises the tuition expenses of UP students. Moreover, UP Law provides the best opportunities for its graduates. This is exemplified by the fact that the UP College of Law has produced six of the fourteen Philippine Presidents and who knows how many Senate Presidents and Chief Justices.
The Present crop of graduating student is no exception. In fact, more than ever, the present seniors epitomize the tradition of excellence the UP College of Law is known for. Oooooh yeahhhh!

LABOR CODE OF THE PHIL: what is terminal leave exactly?
PHIL.LABOR CODE ISSUES: I gave a 30day notice of resignation to my employer, but I am bound to start on my new job (which my new employer doesn’t know of) on the 3rd wk of my notice. I am planning to take a leave on the 3rd week and 4th week of my resignation notice, can u call that a terminal leave? I still have remaining leave credits anyway.
Pls…. I will really appreciate it if you’ll help me on this! Thanks!

Sorry, ngayon lang. Yep. Pwede yung terminal leave. But like ordinary leaves, your employer needs to consent. Bottomline is you have to work for 30 days from your notice para di naman madisrupt yung operations ng company masyado. But I’m sure papayag din naman employer mo if you tell them about your situation.
